Commenting out the edge index here since most of our queries are vertex centric and we dont have any properties on which we need to index the reference edges here

exclude build.log from Apache Rat check

Capturing maven output in a standard way fails because apache-rat detects the log file and fails the build because it does not contain a license.  This fix excludes build.log from the apache-rat check
